Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over USD 200. Import duties and taxes are not included unless explicitly stated. 

At Zaylli, we aim to keep shipping simple and transparent.

1. Shipping Origin

At this time, all orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China.

Our U.S. warehouse and European warehouse are currently under preparation. We will update our website and official communications once they are available.

2. Shipping Coverage

Zaylli offers worldwide shipping, but some destinations are currently unavailable, including Turkey, Ukraine, and Russia.

Please note:

  • shipping availability may vary by destination

  • some regions may require additional customs information

  • if we are unable to ship to your address after the order is placed, we will contact you and arrange a suitable solution

3. Shipping Rates

Orders over USD 200 qualify for free shipping.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, import duties and taxes are not included.

For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees are charged by region as follows:

Please note:

  • delivery times are estimates only

  • actual transit time may vary depending on customs clearance, holidays, local courier operations, weather, and other external factors

  • remote areas may require additional time or fees

  • the final shipping charge shown at checkout shall prevail

4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs

For certain shipments, Zaylli may cover standard customs clearance or brokerage handling fees. However, import duties, VAT/GST, sales tax, and other government-imposed charges are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.

If customs duties or import taxes are charged by the destination country, the customer is responsible for completing payment before delivery where required.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because duties, taxes, or customs formalities are not completed, any resulting shipping, return, customs, or handling costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

5. Tax Identification Number / Customs Information

For destinations with more complex customs procedures, customers may be required to provide a tax identification number or other customs-related information during checkout or after placing the order.

This may apply to destinations such as South America, Mexico, Chile, and Brazil.

Please note that Turkey、Ukraine, and Russia are currently cannot be shipped to, so orders to these destinations are not available at this time.

6. Processing Time

Orders placed on the official Zaylli website are usually processed within 1–5 business days.

Please note:

  • processing time is separate from shipping time

  • orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • product launches, holidays, or peak periods may require additional handling time

If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to notify you.

7. Address Requirements

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, and that your phone number is valid and reachable.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may cause delays, failed delivery, return shipping, or additional charges.

8. Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be sent after dispatch.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

9. Shipping Delays, Damage, or Loss

If your package is unusually delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost, please contact us at support@zaylli.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to assist by reviewing the case with the carrier and providing reasonable support based on the shipment status and available evidence.

10. Other Sales Channels

This policy applies only to orders placed directly through the official Zaylli website.

Orders placed through Kickstarter, PledgeBox, or other external channels may follow different shipping terms, timelines, or procedures depending on the platform.

Please also note that the official Zaylli website is currently Zaylli’s only official sales channel. If we open any additional official sales channels in the future, we will announce them through our website or official communications.
