Zaylli provides a two-year limited warranty for products purchased directly from the official Zaylli website, starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal and intended use.

If a covered issue is confirmed, Zaylli may, at its discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • replacement parts

  • partial refund

  • full refund

The exact solution will depend on the product condition, issue type, and service feasibility.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty applies to issues caused by:

  • manufacturing defects

  • material defects

  • workmanship defects

  • product failure under normal intended use

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • misuse, abuse, accident, or negligence

  • improper storage, handling, modification, or unauthorized repair

  • cosmetic wear from normal use

  • damage caused by water, liquid ingress, fire, or external force

  • damage caused by improper voltage, improper connection, or incompatible accessories

  • consumable parts or normal aging, unless failure is caused by a manufacturing defect

  • battery capacity reduction or normal battery aging over time

  • loss, theft, or damage caused during use outside normal intended conditions

4. Proof of Purchase

To request warranty service, customers may be asked to provide:

  • order number

  • proof of purchase

  • product photos or videos

  • a description of the issue

If needed, Zaylli may also request additional information to help verify and diagnose the problem.

6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Service

If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, Zaylli will provide a reasonable solution based on the specific case.

Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • sending replacement parts

  • arranging repair

  • offering replacement

  • covering or partially covering related shipping costs where appropriate

For issues that are not covered under warranty, repair, replacement, or shipping costs may need to be paid by the customer.

7. Limitation of Warranty

This warranty applies only to the product itself. It does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from the use or inability to use the product.

8. Other Sales Channels

This policy applies only to products purchased directly through the official Zaylli website.

Orders placed through Kickstarter, PledgeBox, or other external channels may be subject to different warranty terms depending on the platform, campaign, or purchase arrangement.

Please also note that the official Zaylli website is currently Zaylli’s only official sales channel. If we open any additional official sales channels in the future, we will announce them through our website or official communications.
